The living room with an island kitchen, dining area and panoramic windows forms an open space for socialising. The central part is organised around an area with a large tree, which creates the emotional centre of the composition. Next is the bedroom, children's room, bathroom with an island-type bathtub, and a separate toilet. This layout allows for a harmonious combination of everyday functionality and spatial aesthetics.

Concept

The project is based on the principles of ETHNIC CAVE — a modern interpretation of deep cultural codes. The interior combines textured materials, local craft motifs and natural colours. Wood with visible joints, brickwork in micro-tiles, Ukrainian embroidery motifs in plaster stencils — all this creates a sense of space rooted in tradition but presented through the language of contemporary minimalism.

The project uses light textured wood-effect tiles, decorative plaster with a slight sheen, wooden panels with rough joints, corrugated glass in a metal frame, tiles with ethnic patterns in the bathroom, light fabrics with a linen texture, woven furniture and decor elements, soft wool coverings, and decorative accents in the form of terracotta vases.
