The project embodies the philosophy of ETHNIC CAVE — interior design as a shelter that resonates with cultural memory and local crafts. Here, Japanese restraint intersects with Ukrainian textile codes, and the natural aesthetics of the space are built through a balance of light, shadow, and tactility. At its core is an atmosphere of silence, rootedness, and respect for the material. The space does not dictate, but invites — to observation, dialogue, and presence.

The project is dominated by natural wood with warm, deep tones, cotton and linen textures, plaster, stone with a soft grain pattern, corrugated glass partitions, ceramics with ethnic motifs, and handcrafted lighting fixtures and furniture. All materials have been selected with attention to sensory experience and origin — to speak not the language of decor, but the language of culture.
