The terrace is the main social area of the house. The layout includes a separate master bedroom with its own bathroom and wardrobe, a children's room, another guest bedroom, a study, two bathrooms, a laundry room and a functional entrance area. The visual axes of the space are directed towards panoramic windows, which open up the interior to nature as much as possible.

Concept

The concept is based on the philosophy of LIGHT CAVE — a space dominated by natural light, where architectural silence is formed through soft volumes, deep plasticity and chiaroscuro. Here, the archetype of a light cave is transformed into a modern environment for relaxation, which is both a shelter and a source of inspiration.

materials

The material palette is dominated by warm-toned textured stone, wood, natural plaster and wool fabrics. The main accents are a wall with handmade art panels, ribbed wood panelling, and massive layer lamps. All this together creates an atmosphere of calm, where the physicality of the materials plays a key role in the perception of space.
